By submitting your haiku, you acknowlege the following:

• The haiku being submitted is either your own creation or that of a haiku master based on our existing list
• Haiku Society is not responsible for your personal work from being copied and published elsewhere once the submission has submitted and published on haikusociety.com
• If your account is found to be violating someone else's copyright, your account will be suspended
• If one of your haikus has been submitted without authorization to the Haiku Society, please report the violation using our contact form. Please include the haiku number or URL so that we can follow up properly.

By using www.haikusociety.com, you agree to indemnify www.haikusociety.com against any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential and/or incidental, arising from your use of the www.haikusociety.com services.

You also agree to indemnify www.haikusociety.com against any losses or damages whether direct, indirect, consequential and/or incidental arising from third-party infringement on your copyright due to the use of the www.haikusociety.com services.
